Glazer helps Network Rail management define the way ahead.

Glazer Consulting has cemented its relationship with Network Rail with a new appointment involving the national rail company’s most senior employees.

Glazer Consulting won a three-way pitch to create and organise a series of workshops for Network Rail’s behaviours and values team. Over 350 senior Network Rail employees, from Board Directors to Senior Managers, attended the two day workshop sessions, designed to enhance cross-functional working across the company at the highest level.

The workshops took place during Network Rail’s annual senior leaders' conference, which took leadership and cross-functional working as its theme.

Ian Glazer, Managing Director at Glazer Consulting said, "Our team were appointed as Network Rail felt we best understood their requirements. The afternoon sessions were a great success. Everyone had fun getting to grips with the icebreaker, but most importantly everyone left the event having made a personal commitment to improving cross-functional working."
