The client asked us to run a workshop with their leadership team to help identify the company's Vision, Mission and Values and to define its personality, then to use those findings as the basis to develop a new brandmark, tone-of-voice guidelines and visual identity.
 
The brandmark is formed from two letter Ms to create a unique star - a fitting symbol for a global recruitment business given its universal association with guidance, destiny, and fortune. Stars are also a symbol of quality and a way of denoting famous or brilliant performers.

The visual identity has been applied across a whole range of on-line and off-line collateral including brochureware, website and stationery.
