Brand Strategy and Visual Identity.

Armed with a wealth of well-defined information from the research process, the design team evolved a new campaignable style, revolving round a new brand icon – an orchid. A programme of strategic and creative work included development of signature bags, ad campaigns and rationalisation of sub-brands. Following launch Monsoon saw an increase in sales of 15% at a time when competitors were averaging 1-1.5%.
